Over 70s At Play

For two days at the end of August our SAVCA over 70s boys were on top of the world. After comfortably seeing off WA we defeated the front running Kiwis.

Then the weekend arrived. Perhaps the sun and the surf if the Sunshine State? Perhaps homesickness for the chill of SA, maybe even the local food and beverage selection.

Whatever the reason, the new week saw us CRASH to defeat against the dreaded Vic's and then lost by the barest of margins on the last ball against the home state.

Beaten but unbowed. Next year for sure.
